Agreed. My main query was whether they were focused on commodities outside of lithium and cobalt in regards to their civil work and mining services. I guess the lack of jobs relating to this commodity don't reflect the fact that they couldn't do the pre strip or other civil works for the sites. That said, I still don't se ea huge uptick in lithium/cobalt work, but alot of interest in it , exploration and future potential. in terms of the near term 1-3 years I would think more potential would lie in other old school commodities.

Am hoping the townhouses generates enough to cover cash flow - i think a dip into a cash flow deficit on the next quarterly would eat into confidence, as one of their main advantages was cash backing. nothing worse than this being slowly eroded as opposed to building up previously.
