I did come across someone like that before but he wasn't either short or burnt by the stock he spent many years downramping.
In this case he bought shares in a competing company near its peaks at $27 then as it began sinking he spent everything he had trying to catch the falling knife all the way down to 30c. Trying to prove to the world that he was right and the market was wrong this sad little man began spending all his time downramping similar stocks that in his sick mind it threatened his investment or could attract investors away from his own stock.

March NTU update regarding the plant being on track and extension to 20> years should give the downramper a big dose of reality.

As a result of the successful Share Purchase Plan (SPP), the Company will accelerate its
plans to fast-track the project enhancement initiatives at Browns Range (as announced on
27 December 2017), including downstream processing options and an increase in
exploration, aimed at extending the potential mine life of the full-scale project from 11 years to >20 years.
