My guess is a major shareholder is about to take 51% or more controlling stake.
The way Bobcock n brown(BNB) is going it looks like the 20.30% is up for sale.
This would lift the interest in the shares with a possible full takeover down the track.
I just hope the Jackgreen board dont short sell the small shareholders with a low ball takeover recommendation on current value, But look to future potertial value of this great company.....IMO .50cents pluse in 6 months
