    And no sooner CSPA is finished, the 960k order is pulled. Current CSPA system is prone to abuse like this i.e. scare and shake the begezuz of retail punters.

    ALso in last half hour, someone, perhaps the same entity as the capper kept throwing shares for sell at 18c so price never improved from there.
