There have been too many broken promises and questionable transactions to believe anything the company announces, let alone trying to interpret individual transactions.
There have been so many large transactions over the months, but the SP continues heading south.
Orbis has probably realised the error it has made and will look to unload IMO. Who would want to stand in the way of that flood of selling?

If this company had anything going for it, cash would be rolling in for months now. Instead it is now paying what little cash it has to "buy new technology" without having yet commercialised the technology is undertook a capital raising for nearly 12 months ago.
SELL SELL SELL this dog of a stock. I am yet to encounter such a dog on the market in the ten years I have been investing. Even ARR had more merit than NBS.
It would not surprise me to see this company involved in some form of investigation port mortem.
