remark: there is for MOG a relevant mistake in the list -the boxfish-1 and the anemone-1 wells - which are planed for Jan 2009 - both wells are within VIC/P45 and NOT VIC/P59 ...

Therefore we will have 3 more wells in VIC/P45 operated by Apache in the next 12 months and MOG is free carried for one of these wells.

So, MOG drillig schedule should be:

1. Bazzard-1, VIC/P53, September 08, Operator STU, MOG free carried

2. Anemone-1, VIC/P45, 4. Jan. 09, Operator APA, (MOG free carried)

3. Boxfish-1, VIC/P45, 28. Jan 09, Operator APA; MOG 16,66%

4. Archer-1, VIC/P45, 18. Mar 09, Operator APA; MOG 16,66%

additionaly STU has to drill and carry MOG thru a second well in VIC/P53 to completly fullfil the farmin agrements.
