    It appears to be trading very cheaply and peers are doing well (e.g. Retail Food Group).

    I got shirty with ABQ (was a top 20 holder) when, as part of recent SPP they gave CEO 5,000,000 shares on "commercial loan" of 5% interest @ 15c per share - $750k worth.

    In principal, diluting shareholders like this (about 3% of issued shares) gets on my goat. He gets paid truckloads - let him get shares via options priced well above market price if Directors are trying to align management and shareholder interests.

    With capital raisings, CEO entitlement, shares issued for recent acquisitions the PE will increase to above 6 by my calcs.

    Still cheap and will probably increase in value over time; but on principal I sold out to put money into other companies where Directors do not dilute shareholder wealth so blatantly.
