I think that it is just a formal statement drafted out in accordance with the rules. I haven't bothered to check but I expect that they are obliged to issue one.

What is interesting is that they have cash on hand to offer 80cents or more (even up to about 120cents though I don't think that we'll be offered that).

We'll have the Target Statement out soon. I'm surprised that there hasn't been speculative buying ahead of that statement. But there might be as we close in on Friday.
