Looks like everyone has put the cue in the rack awaiting ADI's response on 31/5. Still 12 m of buyers above the 40c offer and sellers all but dried up.

Can't see how AWE is going to get above 50% let alone 90% with this offer. I know that buyers can disappear in a flash and that there is plenty of time until July 9 but at the moment the offer looks like failing (might have been their plan all along ?)

May need to sell some non-performing stocks to buy more here.
