I have some concerns however that I may be forced into selling as follows:

- AWE have enough shares already to put off other bidders making an offer I suspect.

- AWE have put on the table that above 50% but less than 90% they are still likely to pursue de-listing.

The second point above is of particular concern, I doubt they will get 90% but if they get 50% that could spell trouble for me, I have no interest in holding unlisted shares

Anyone know how easy it is to de-list at say a 51% holding what rights do the other 49% have?
