hiphop, keep your fingers crossed for the big settlement announcement in Jan or Feb next year.
I'm guessing that HCL hasn't appealed against the Sept 3 Arbitration settlement, the buying today confirms that.
If HCL hasn't appealed then it means that they didn't have a leg to stand on.
Judging from HCL's previous actions it means that RIGHT is truly on IRL's side. So HCL thinks it pointless to appeal.
I'm guessing a settlement around AUD$1.35 million, lets hope the $$$ are in the bank before Xmas.
The longer HCL take to pay the BILL the more interest IRL will earn.
I'd guess they'll write a cheque pronto.
Hiphop, yes unfortunatey we're all in the same boat since I'm also first holding from 2007, but I think we will see a turnaround in 2014, thankfully IRL has a dedicated team who have kept focused. Once we get above 5 cents we'll throw a party.
