As I said in my previous post, I will not surrender my shares to ROC for what they have offered.

It is quite obvious that one of the Directors, along with the Independent Expert stated that the offer is not fair. So, why sell.

And, as I said before, 4 of the Directors who recommended the sale, happen that they are also AEL Directors. IMHO, enough said.

Another thing is that, before ROC will reach the 80 or 90% they would also have to convince NXS in selling their shares and I do not think that NXS Management would be so silly to accept ROC shares at that level in exchange.
