Now, with the current TO offer, and now declared unconditional by ROC, the sp for AZA is dependent on the sp of ROC, simply because it is an all shares deal and not cash only deal. If it was an all cash deal, then it wouldn't matter one iota and the sp would never budge from the offer even with the current market problems that we are experiencing. The sp may have been able to move higher if someone felt that the offer was too cheap, but definitely not lower.

As such, and as ROC is in for a caning due to the market sentiments and everything else they (ROC), have going against them, including the world wide explorations, we are also suffering their fate.
