It is only 5% away from NXS having the final say.
There was talk at the GOC that NXS may be interested in doing a deal possibly in return for the stock that AZA hold in NXS.
The quote was something along the lines of "Nexus is not interested in holding stock in other companies, nor does it wish other like companies to have a stake in Nexus"
