    Yeah agree funkman. The CR thing seems to immediately get tossed around on HC the moment a share starts to rise. It implies the only way shares go up is if the company is pumping prior to a raise. It neglects things like larger buyers starting to take an interest or genuine rerate due to better or more obvious fundamentals. If a CR occurs here it would be to fund something entirely transformational.
