# I think ESN have made the right move by employing her. If you consider that ESN did all the marketing etc. coming into America’s winter / mid year school break and then complained about the timing. This shows a couple of problems with their timing/planning. Electronic mail outs are not affected by the weather or are they? I think the whole excuse for not getting exposure/revenue was either a cop out or excuse for bad timing, in my opinion.

All the smaller subsidiaries created from old JV partnerships, why they are still needed and costs to run?
Also web pages that show ex. MMZ directors have links to knowledgenation inc. assuming they are current, which I have provided links to and no one has disputed.
Similarities between ESN subsidiaries and MMZ subsidiaries.
Address’ of knowledgenation inc. and Hot Shot Media inc, sounds like the same office suite(s) or at least the building.

# I hope everyone makes plenty as well, Not too many companies have directors with insignificant holdings, note holders that convert free options to inject less than 1 months spending into the comp. then appear to dump into the market at a min. of 100% profit almost immediately, as you said, to possibly “de risk their holdings” I think this appears to have happened 3 times in 3 months now.
