The world needs Covata but the marketing is poor.  These products allow information creators and owners to retain control over their content forever, no matter where it has gone and no matter when.  This is done simply by taking access control out of the file and putting it in the hands of the content owner.  That way anyone seeking access to the content in any form at any time has to come back to the wner for permission.  That permission can be revoked at will for everyone or anyone.  Any testable condition can be imposed for automated permissions.
