While I sympathise with your losses and frustration with the resource focused BGD, the current entity, and indeed the entity that performed the recent consolidation, is different to the old BGD in just about all but the name.
Those who bought the 'new' relisted BGD are generally ahead financially, re-list price depending of course! The old BGD which was recapitalised is a very different thing and the management team in charge of the current medical focused company is new.
