What about Russia, thought they make a lot of aluminium products there including wheeles for trucks. aluminium that is like most of gladstone and guess the govt at times gets nervous so they all vote independant and thats how it is. hear from the locals that the highways pretty bad but with ships coming an going who needs it!
Anyway i digress because last i heard the Russians owned and owed rates on that govt supplied land!!!
