According to commsec QGC had a market cap of 2.912 bill at a share price of $3.20 at the time of the trading halt.
On that basis ,a 5 billion valuation would be $ 5.49. That's about half what I reckon it's worth imo.
P.S. Not sure about the accuracy of shares on issue given the recent takeover activities .
