York transaction is on hold but they are working with the vendor on a positive outcome. (Next two week). Milbila workshops continuing. Everyone wants a good outcome. Strategy is as I thought. They want to gain control of all areas.
Funding should come from the private Chines bank. (Todays BFS should change the game!) I got the feeling that their negotiations and relationship is strong with their lender and that they do not want dilution of the stock. Did not bother to chat with Ian as he as busy and I have already chatted by email. I enjoyed immensely talking to Glenn. Very good chap who sincerely wants the best for the share holder. (he is one himself). ?
Final point is I’m so glad that I topped up over the past weeks. Still a long way to go but I think it could be a great story from here.
