That's what people are saying, but the consumers aren't willing to pay for it at this stage. Food fraud is a huge industry - it's just whether consumers get to the point of being willing to pay extra for a guaranteed authentic product, particularly when someone will no doubt rip off the anti-counterfeit software as well.
