    Very Interesting. DESTRA appear to know what they want and are very aggressive in their pursuit, I'm not surprised Lachlan Murdoch likes them.

    Beyond is in the throws of a take over offer by Mariner at $1.25 per share. DES purchase of 10% ( @ 1.33) may be a blocking move, to buy more time before launching a full takeover.

    BYI Directors recommended taking the 1.25 subject to a higher bid.

    This could be another MPH type deal.
