I would think so, but the statement is effectively being made by Pointerra, so they would have figures to use as part of their sales discussions, maybe a case study example. Even if they didn't use dollar figures, they could use % savings across the areas mentioned.
No point making a statement like that if they can't back it up, why would Autodesk let them publish it otherwise.
