It will consolidate. And so it should. It's a penny dreadful that needs to be reinvented in order to move forward. A consolidation may result at a loss of short term pain for all retail investors. But the alternative, without a plan or reinvention is absolutely zero and a tax loss for every holder once administration is completed. The DOCA is a lifeline. And only because the company and its assets have potential. Let's face it, our current situation would suggest that previous management did not have the capacity nor connections to actually deliver. A big broom has been swept through and holders have been thrown a lifeline. A ten bagger may be required after its all said and done for most to break even. But at least there may be that opportunity compared to the alternative (which I was resigned to). Anyway. MIZ is the worst stock I have ever put too many dollars into. The performance of the company and decisions made by management have seemed to be shocking and inept. Perhaps a reinvented entity with more experienced and competent leaders may succeed long term. Only time will tell. And it's now a forced long term hold for most.
