All good points, Goarmy, but from a new investor's point of view a new consolidated entity may appear super cheap buying for a company with an established processing plant and potentially reasonable exploration prospects. That's why I think many will forego the few hundred dollars they might get for their current holdings and instead take the new investors' view and hold. There's nothing to guarantee a new well-managed entity can't make a go of it where the previous two incarnations couldn't. I mean, there are hundreds of minnow explorers out there with nothing but a patch of dirt to dig, and Buckley's chance of ever building a processing plant, but people buy shares in them. It's just unfortunate that we current holders are going to be largely sacrificed in the reincarnation process. Maybe a smart cookie would buy a few shares when they've dropped to the new floor - but it won't be me.
