maybe the scenario is- jerry offers 14c a share TO which is more than 40% premium and we all say yeah and game over
but seriously this has begun to get awful, board doesnt seem bothered at all, no explanation why MD is leaving, no attempt to stem the blood flow by some positive PR....do I sound annoyed....you bet
