No I think Healius Imaging is after pure organic growth within the hospital sector.  While there is little competition or overlap in victoria with Healius owning 13 medical centres that only get internal referrals and only 6 community sites and with a dominant i-med there would be no chance of ACCC intervening.  Too many big personalities at Capitol is the problem.   IDX is a better fit for Capitol and I think they could integrate quicker.   Judging by ICAR role-out Healius is incapable of taking out anyone out like Capital but can easily add any independent hospital radiology departments.
