Thanks dlight, people may not appreciate that HLS has achieved a unique position here in Australia (if not the world), in integrating a primary healthcare model across multiple supply lines/value chains... successful vertical integrations in the healthcare industry is not easy.

I think HLS has achieved a lot operationally here in Australia - for those not in healthcare, the best example is imagine conquering the finance sphere when it comes to retail banking needs of consumers (sick patients) but to all your needs  - HLS achieved a dominant number 1 position in retail banking (GP / medical centres) a number 2 position as a credit card company (An Amex - pathology centres / labs), a number 2 position for mortgages (medical imaging).

HLS is getting into the upper end of town financial for sophisticated retail needs (with higher margin) - financial planning/financial products/stockbroking/investments (day surgeries/hospitals and IVF) - maybe one it’ll give investment banking a crack (acute hospitals like Ramsay).

HLS at one point almost had an equivalent software monopoly used by all retail banks to handle operations (medical director).
