I was just assuming it was placement holders selling because the selling started right around the time of the last spike and 3b release.

Yep and to be a lucky recipient of most capital firms such as Cicero or Cygnet etc you need to be classified as a Sophisticated investor and high net worth.. so buying at the prices they get or lower increase your chances of success.
