You have to remember just 4 trading days ago the price was 2.1, I am sure this placement wasn't put together this morning, you can't expect people to pay above and beyond what the shares were trading for just a few days earlier.

I would expect it's just good timing for them with srt about to go off they could see it was the last chance to fill up at the bottom and they took it fair play to them, we all the same chance for the past few weeks.
