That's is not true./ The share several times cross the barrier and in way down trade much lower than the 2.75 times thtey say and when goes up not necessarily even achieve the 2 up.
The re-balancing day ( do you know when that happens ?) cant provide solution to investor point of view... the losses will be lost and the profit will be taken... Mayube solve the tech point of view of valuation,but not the investor..And remebre the gap 2 to 2.75 can provide a huge difference and a huige loss to the investor..
They SHOULD ACT every single day all day to keep the price inside the range. That should be their work,And this is not happening !
