I will explain how BBUS is not worth investing I will use BBUS at $5 for this example.
Say the SP500 goes up 2% right
BBUS should fall 5% right (2.5x leverage)
That's BBUS at $4.75
Now the next day the SP500 falls 2% BBUS should be back to $5 right?
WRONG a 5% rise from $4.75 is $4.98
you lose 2c.
Now a bigger picture
BBUS at $5 is the starting point.
Say the SP500 goes up 10%
BBUS will fall 25% to $3.75
Now the SP500 falls 10% you should be back to $5 right?
WRONG a 25% rose from $3.75 is $4.68
YOUR NOW DOWN 32c
this is how BBUS is a very bad investment, unless you own a time machine and you know exactly when the crash
will happen.
