Yep, MLT is pretty good value but also check out MLT's little brother Choiseul (CHO). I estimate its NTA at around $4.59 and its last SP was $4.35 (5% discount). Similarly AUI is a top-notch LIC which I roughly estimate to be trading at around 5% discount to NTA.

As I understand it, the legislation regarding share purchase plans has changed recently to allow companies to issue up to $15,000 worth of shares to each shareholder each year (previously it was a maximum of $10,000). I imagine the LICs will take advantage of this.
