His source of info was apparently someone he doesn't know personally only via twitter, who was 5-6 beers down in a pub talking to a contractor who is working for PLS. Talk about quality sources of information. Turn it up El Jefe 5-6 beers down! Sounds more like AJM are making great progress, but I'm 6 beers taller now so I'll bag them out.
