Yeah thats right, i use Binance they have a fair selection. Theres also Etherdelta which do more, tho havent used them.
I think a few of the exchanges are abit dodgy so be careful.
I think Binance get most of the popular ones, but if they list from ICO on other exchange by the time Binance get them you might miss some gains.
