if they need money they will do their best to push heads up in order for some to convert ops to shares, it is a tick off being in the money, a half good ann on results could push this to 1 cent, then a few or the top 20 could convert giving them plenty of money

they would much rather that then doing a CR which would not be pleasent, more so for top 20 holders who own 46%
