BOA has ticked all the boxes before they drill the conductor and not taking shareholders for a ride. They could have called a Capital Raising at anytime but don't want to dilute shareholders and reward the loyal if they hit. This tells us we have a much better chance than WIN as soon as they called a Capital Raising with cash in the bank it was all over for them....
