I'm looking to add an EFT to my portfolio, maybe around $10k.
I saw that the "Betashares Australian Dividend Harvester Fund" pays a good dividend each month however not a great EFT for the long term based on the research and its had some bad media.
However I'm a bit nervous regarding the property bubble in Australia at the moment so wondering when that thing will burst and hammer the ASX, maybe an international EFT would be better but they dont seem to pay anything like the Betashare offering.
