Market update ... four days later... on 4 September 2013 shows changed BESIX holding.

With 32,427,053 shares now held by BESIX

Increasing holding to 17.59%

BESIX hungry for shares.... or is this some regulatory / planned transaction?

Set and forget stock methinks.

Come back in 12 months... might just see that $1.50 / and or premium.

If the are actually buying on market... great stuff. Bring in another competitor. Fireworks?

Very bullish little story.... 50 cents was truly a steal.
