With the last update saying theirs no news coming soon, it looks like its going to be raining shares.
Bergen have only converted 150k of their 1 Million and have already halved the share price. With the volume looking exhausted at .005. I am thinking they we drop a few into the .004 to load up at .003 and then .002. This should give them enough volume to dump a couple of hundred thousands dollar to return enough capital to finance the next 500k due next month.
