Looks like this announcement was made to hide the crappy coal drilling results.

Once again a useless announcement that is not worth the paper its written on.

AQC has about $2m left in the bank (I know they got paid $2.3m from Rio Tinto recently).

Any aggressive exploration program will need like $10m commitment and AQC does not have this.

If they don't get more money from a deal or farm-out then nothing much is going to happen except director fees being the main expenditure. If they have to do a capital raising then expect a steep discount to the share price.
