Firstly this court cas ewill drawn out as long as MMX wants it to.Meanwhile CHM has to survive surelely ASIC will want more serious questions answered about the "facilty"they supposedly have and for how long will the "facility allow them to survive.IF CHM win what will they get and when will they get it.a "windfall" happens quickly I dont think the court or MMX will be letting CHM get a cash settlement.They are claiming part of the resource which is in the ground.How does CHM survive until they see some cash and thats if they win.What is the deal with the backer nobody would be throwing a lot of money at this unless the payout if they win is very high.I reckon I would want at least 20 to 1 to take on a case like this,their own solicitor has said they will find it very difficult to win.It is sad companies like this can stay on the ASX is obvious to many that they are going broke and have no form of income and never will,they only have this court case.
