well he must have thought 1.5c is good value to get more.
could be worse, he could be selling.
some large margin calls/stop losses must have been hit over the last 2-3 days to warrant the obvious selling pressure.
Re technicals, 2nd day outside the Bollinger bands, normally you have 3 days max, so it will bounce at some stage.
