Benitec rising, page-59

Does anyone know if Jerel Banks is still Chief Investment Officer at Nant?



The referenced Chairman's Presentation (08/11/18) states this as a Former Position... where as the BLT website notes this as a Current Position.



I believe the correct status of the Executive Chairnan's association wih Benitec's Major Shareholder (as related to full disclosure of conflict of interest) would be expected by ASIC!



I don't bother contacting Benitec for infornation these days as they seldom respond and haven't provided follow ups as requested over the past couple of years!
