Giday Malay, The QGC deal underline the value of SGL's vast acreage in an environment of heightened demand for CSG gas. Having AJL onboard is a bit of a coup for SGL in that they have secured drilling rigs & personnel that are likely to be in even tighter supply following the QGC deal.
A combined development of AJL's Gloucester project & SGL's Hunter project has the potential to form the basis for a significant gas-based development based on Newcastle. This is in addition to the big upside at Camden that AJL's advanced drilling techniques seem likely to accelerate - to SGL's benefit.
