alternatively the MMR holding's in GBA will be distributed as an in-species distribution as done in previous cases (i.e. 1 MMR for 2 GBA). This will enable GBA holders to sell when they want to rather than at the discretion of the company.
Alternatively GBA will hold the MMR shares and as a MMR shareholder, will get more Advent Shares as an in-species distribution if MMR decides to distribute Advent Shares. GBA can then distribute Advent shares directly to GBA holders....
That's why GBA is such a goldmine to have as it's just a holding company for significant shareholdings....
