Very hard to be sympathetic toward Barba IMO, he was given enough lives. As you say "where has the money gone" is a valid question. If, and it's a big if the money is all gone then probably thanks to booze, drugs and gambling. I do suspect though that the article could be slightly staged. There's always rugby union, either here or os? Hayne is training with a local union team so it shows they don't care who they accept. "NRL surely should take some blame" I don't agree, the player has no right to point the finger at anybody other than himself, with his manager and the club accepting some also. He would have been working in that metal shop for the past 10 years had it not been for the NRL.
