this is a very old company where as the current management is relatively very new
in its short time, the current management have not only ejected to old management but sold the very old Fijian asset for $6M
their recent financial performance is actually exceptional
they now have $4M in assets plus retain 49% of the development proceeds of the property they just sold (yet SXX hold no liabilities in relation to the new development)
i would say the assets of SXX are currently worth at least $7M
