CAP is an interesting development for the S.A. govt. If they ever intend on developing their project they will require significant additional infrastructure in the gulf.

I think the progress of CAP's resource will only add pressure on the S.A. to get their butts into gear and attend to the state's limited infrastructure situation.

All positive signs for IFE/TRF as they move into bulk mining in 4-5yrs (similar to CAP)
